Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and LFGTTM LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Zentarai Labs and Nova Solutions. They govern your use of advai.cloud and any Nova Solutions products, demos, content, APIs, or chat interactions accessed through it (collectively, the “Service”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

You may use the Service for lawful business and personal purposes, including:

• Browsing our product pages and educational content
• Using our ROI calculators and AIS interactive demos
• Submitting contact and lead forms
• Communicating with our chat widget
• Sharing public Nova Solutions content on social media

Most of advai.cloud does not require an account. For gated tools, such as the AI OS Dashboard preview, you will be issued credentials by our team. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for any activity under your login. Notify us immediately at support@zentarailabs.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our products beyond what is expressly permitted by applicable law
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Service in ways that exceed normal browser usage
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or any content that violates third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or related systems
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or any user's enjoyment of it (denial-of-service, rate-limit circumvention, and the like)
• Use the Service in any way that violates RA 10173, applicable U.S. federal or state law, or other applicable law
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to train an AI model on our content beyond personal fair use

All content on advai.cloud, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the constellation N glyph, product descriptions, ROI models, case studies, source code, and the design system, is owned by Zentarai Labs or used under license, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You may quote short excerpts and link to advai.cloud pages with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions of our content, for example a full product page, for redistribution without prior written permission.

If you send us product feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the Service. We will not attribute or republish your feedback without your consent.

Paid Nova Solutions engagements (pilots, annual contracts, Enterprise+) are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Data Processing Agreement (DPA) signed at onboarding. Those documents supersede these Terms with respect to the paid relationship.

The advai.cloud website itself is free to use. ROI calculators, lead-magnet downloads, and chat interactions carry no charge.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services, for example LinkedIn, Cal.com, or Google Calendar. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ROI calculator outputs are illustrative models based on public market data. They are not financial advice, are not guarantees, and do not constitute a commitment of future performance. Decisions you make based on them are at your sole risk.

Case studies are modeled outcomes, clearly labeled as such, unless explicitly identified as signed customer references.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Zentarai Labs, LFGTTM LLC, or our officers, directors, employees, or contractors be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Any amount exceeding USD $100 in aggregate, for free use of the Service

For paid services, liability is capped per the MSA, typically the amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those places, this limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zentarai Labs and LFGTTM LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any third-party right, including any privacy or intellectual property right, or (c) your use of the Service in violation of applicable law.

You can stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing the Service to you would create undue risk to the Service or to other users.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual property, Disclaimers, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, Governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

For Philippine residents: nothing in these Terms is intended to waive your rights under Philippine consumer-protection law (RA 7394) or the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via a banner on advai.cloud and/or email to active contacts at least 30 days before they take effect. The version number and effective date at the top of this page are the source of truth.

Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
