Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to advai.cloud, operated by LFGTTM LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Zentarai Labs and Nova Solutions. Our products include Nova AIOS, Nova AIS, Nova AIS Assistant, Nova Finance, Nova Docs, Nova Phone, and the forthcoming Nova Assistant for Schools edition.

The data controller for personal information collected through this website is Zentarai Labs. For Philippine residents, we comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). For visitors elsewhere, we apply the same standards globally.

2.1 Information you give us directly.

• Contact details: name, email, organization, and role, when you submit a lead-magnet form, request the Vendor Info Pack, book a call, join the Nova AIS Assistant or Schools-edition waitlist, or otherwise contact us
• Chat messages: messages you send to the Nova Solutions chat widget on this site
• Business context: portfolio size, default rate, page volume, and similar values you optionally enter into our ROI calculators. These are processed only in your browser and are not transmitted to us unless you also submit the form

2.2 Information collected automatically.

• Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, approximate location (country-level), device type, and browser type
• Analytics events: chat-widget opens, ROI-calculator engagement, lead submissions, demo-section views, and outbound CTA clicks
• Cookies: see Section 8

2.3 Information we do not collect. We do not collect financial account numbers, government-issued ID numbers, passwords, health information, sensitive personal information (as defined under RA 10173) unless you explicitly volunteer it in a chat or form, biometrics, precise geolocation, or any data from minors under 13.

We use personal information for the following purposes:

• Respond to inquiries: reply to your messages and send requested materials (Vendor Info Pack, ROI memos, case studies)
• Provide and improve our products: understand which products you are interested in, schedule follow-up conversations, and route you to the right Nova product
• Service operations: deliver the website, maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations
• Marketing communications: send occasional updates about Nova Solutions products you have expressed interest in. You can unsubscribe at any time
• Analytics: understand how visitors use the site so we can improve content and product positioning

We do not use your data for profile-building beyond what is listed above, sale to any third party, AI model training, or any purpose unrelated to providing or improving Nova Solutions.

If you give us your mobile number on one of our forms, for example when you request a free website or AI mockup or book a call, you may receive SMS text messages from Nova Solutions related to your request, lead follow-up, your mockup link, appointment scheduling, and customer-care replies. Providing your number and consenting to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

• Message frequency varies with your conversation with us.
• Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out anytime by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help, or email support@zentarailabs.com.
• Your mobile opt-in and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to any third party, and that consent information is not shared with any other party for any purpose.

We share personal information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers we use to operate the business, currently: Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), Railway (backend infrastructure), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (AI assistance in the chat widget), and Slack (internal team notifications). Each is bound by their own privacy commitments and processes only what is necessary.
• Legal compliance: when required by valid Philippine, U.S., or other applicable legal process.
• Business transfer: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may transfer to the successor entity, subject to the same privacy commitments.
• With your consent: in any case not described above, only after we ask and you say yes.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share data with advertising networks for retargeting beyond the analytics layer described in Section 8.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes listed above, or as required by law. Specifically:

• Lead-form submissions: retained while we are in active conversation, plus 24 months after the last interaction for follow-up
• Chat transcripts: retained for 12 months for product improvement, then deleted
• Analytics data: retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default), aggregated thereafter
• Customer business data (once we sign customers): per the Data Processing Agreement signed at onboarding; default is 60 days after contract end

You can request deletion sooner; see Section 7.

We protect personal information using:

• Encryption in transit: TLS 1.2+ on all advai.cloud and api.advai.cloud connections
• Encryption at rest: AES-256 for database storage and backups
• Access controls: least-privilege internally, MFA required on every internal admin account, and audit logs on every privileged action
• Vendor due diligence: we use only service providers with documented security programs (SOC 2-aligned or equivalent)
• Incident response: in the event of a data breach affecting Philippine residents, we will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected individuals within 72 hours of confirmation, as required under NPC Circular 16-03

If you are a Philippine resident, the Data Privacy Act gives you the following rights:

• Right to be informed about how we process your data (this policy)
• Right to access the personal information we hold about you
• Right to object to processing for purposes you did not consent to
• Right to erasure or blocking of your data when no longer necessary
• Right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete information
• Right to data portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission
• Right to damages in case of unauthorized processing

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@zentarailabs.com. We respond within 10 business days.

For non-Philippine residents, equivalent rights under your local data protection law (for example, CCPA or GDPR) are honored on the same basis.

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

• Essential: session management (chat widget), security (CSRF tokens), and language preferences. These cannot be disabled; the site will not work without them.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag, to understand traffic, measure conversion, and run remarketing campaigns to people who have already engaged with us.

You can opt out of analytics by using a browser-level Do-Not-Track signal, or by visiting Google’s opt-out tool, Meta’s ad preferences, and LinkedIn’s retargeting controls.

LFGTTM LLC is incorporated in Florida, United States, and we operate primarily from the Philippines. By using advai.cloud, you understand that your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in either jurisdiction. We apply equivalent protection regardless of physical storage location.

Production customer business data (once you sign a contract with us) defaults to PH-region storage; US or on-premises options are available on request and codified in the Data Processing Agreement at onboarding.

Nova Solutions products are for organizational and adult use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it.

Nova Assistant for Schools, our forthcoming K-12 and university edition of the Nova AIS Assistant, formerly named Nova Apollo, operates under a separate set of student-data protections, codified in each school’s Data Processing Agreement. Nova Assistant for Schools is not addressed by this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via a banner on advai.cloud and/or direct email to active contacts at least 30 days before they take effect. The version number and effective date at the top of this page are the source of truth.

For LinkedIn Marketing Developer Platform reviewers: Nova Solutions uses LinkedIn’s API solely to publish our own first-party content to our own company pages.
